Grapefruit Diet Blog & not only!



Grapefruit …?

My doctor recommended that I eat at least one serving of grapefruit per day….but I have a major problem: I can not STAND the taste of grapefruit. Not the fruit, not the juice…NOTHING. Have any of you found any tricks to camoflauge the taste of grapefuit or improve it’s flavor?

    Ruby red grapefruit juice and vodka is pretty good! ;)

    Splenda!! Get the jumbo-size grapefruit (these are naturally sweeter, much more palatable), cut it in half, put Splenda (or the calorie-free sweetener of your choice) on top of it and dig in - it’s actually quite tasty.
