I am from the UK and yes I am still on the medication (which, other
than the weight, has done no other harm to me).
I believe Seroxat is the Europe name for Paxil.

The chocolate mousse is 'Cadbury's low fat mousse' which I got from
the supermarket. You could also try Aero low fat or something
similar. They all have a low point rating.

As for maintaining muscle I do work out by running and doing gym
stuff ( I should say that I've excersised for about three years now
and had no weight loss until I did it in conjunction with the diet).
I do have carb intake daily but it is the minimum ammount required
(normally in the form of brown bread).

I liked reading your post. I am printing it to read, again.
I would like to follow this myself.
So tell me what country are you from? Can I get the low fat
chocolate mousse in Calif? Sounds yummy.
Also what is seroxat's other name? Is this Paxil? just wondered if
anyone knew. Also are you still on your med? I am on Celexa and
trying to lose on a med, as well.

Congratulations on the weight loss. Make sure you are taking your measurements
and tracking you fat loss not just scale weight. If you aren't lifting weights
to maintain your muscle during this time you are probably losing more muscle
than fat. This is what happened to me. I lost 25 pounds while on Celexa and
unfortunately I lost a lot of muscle. When I went back to eating again I gained
back 50 lbs because 1. I had lost so much muscle that my body did not have
enough to burn off the food, and 2. I did not increase my food gradually by 100
calories a week and I just shocked my body with all the extra food all at once.
This is the worse thing one can do for long term weight loss. So make sure you
are on a sound program that pushes lots of weight lifting. Our body natural
will cannibalize it's own muscle and save the fat for famine. You need the
carbohydrates desperately to build muscle and for brain function. After my diet
I was maintaining my weight at 191 lbs on 1100 calories a day, I don't wish this
upon anyone. Best wishes to your success.
