Drink 8 glasses of water today & weight decrease
Hi everyone,
I am so proud of myself today I just had to share. First thing is when I got up this morning I weighed myself and I have lost 4 pounds. I started my journey around three months ago and so far my total lost has been 7 pounds. I know it is not much and I have tons more to go but wow this is nice. I just hope I can keep on going. Also thanks to Hazel’s suggestion I got in my 8 glasses of water today. First time ever. I do have to admit I almost quit after around 5 glasses or so but I kept on telling myself that I am not a quitter.

Never apologize for sharing your success! This is the inspiration that keeps us all going! I’m so glad you found my suggestion helpful. It does seem like a lot of water, but I think I read somewhere that the body is made up of something like 75% water and also that we loose… of, I don’t know… a lot, daily that needs to be replaces. It not only makes out knees and other joints work more smoothly, it also keeps our skin moist and smooth, but also keeps out brains working! We all could use more of these things! And it flushes out toxins. It would seem like if we drank less we would weigh less but the opposite happens, just as in the infamous “starvation mode” the body hangs onto what it has and that means it keeps those toxins as well. So really.. Water truly is our best medicine!
